Our Founder 

Dainy Aulik, Founder and Director of Sprouts Early Learning is a Local Ladner Mother of two, and an Early Childhood expert with over 20 years of teaching. 

Dainy received her Early Childhood Education in 1998, she then proceeded to obtain her Montessori Teaching Certification.  She was employed for many years in a non profit Neighbourhood House in East Vancouver, teaching Preschool Programs for a number of years.  Afterwards moving on to a local College to teach others to fulfill their passion of teaching, as she taught the Early Childhood Program to adults.  During this time Dainy toured many prestigious Reggio Emilia Centres in San Francisco, where her passion for the Emergent Curriculum emerged.  

All along she had a dream, to be able to create her own program with her own vision, to enrich the young minds in her own community.  

With her many years of experience combined with her education in The Early Childhood Field, she looks forward to providing South Delta families with an Enriched Modern Day Approach To Early Learning.
